Winter.."base miles"...what the heck am I doing?

I finished our bridge workout over 2 hours ago and I still feel vaguely nauseous. I really, really want some long steady interval days (and in fairness, I'm getting some of that). Tonight, however, I chased two skinny bastards around 11 laps of the Acosta Bridge. I weigh 185. Suckage.

New 30 minute normalized power record:

Peak 30min (223 watts):
Duration: 30:01
Work: 402 kJ
TSS: 66.6 (intensity factor 1.154)
Norm Power: 312
VI: 1.4
Distance: 9.019 mi
Min Max Avg
Power: 0 701 223 watts
Cadence: 30 156 76 rpm
Speed: 2.5 39.5 18.0 mph
Pace 1:31 24:08 3:20 min/mi
Hub Torque: 0 412 114 lb-in
Crank Torque: 0 1028 264 lb-in

Your weight, or your power? I don't care about any of your other physical attributes.

I had a best 30' of 315 watts today just setting pace at the front, and I'm < 165. I heard grumbling at first, then it went to silence, then heavy breathing. I dunno what their problem was.
