Crash - if you haven't already, get Golden Cheetah. That plus a little work in excel will get you nearly everything WKO provides for free. A full PMC will be coming to the program soon too, last I heard they are trying to get it out before Christmas.

Yeah GC is pretty sparse, but really it provides everything you need. If you want a couple useful excel files PM me your email or just check out the files section of the Wattage google group. There's a good TSS planner and a couple PMC spreadsheets on there.

The new features look pretty cool, at least from the demo on their website. It's about time they got quadrant analysis in. I'm also looking forward to playing with the multi ride comparison feature.
The real news though is the e-penis chart now offers 60 minute and 20 minute times for FT. Let the new measurebating begin.

The biggest upgrade is that it allows 2 computers per user and easy license transfer.

Just in case anyone else is seeing this problem:
I originally installed build 40 and was told my trial had expired. They have already posted build 41, which fixes this bug. Just uninstall build 40 (add/remove programs), then install build 41.

I can say that my experience with 3.0 (I was involved with beta testing) shows some exciting features, some interesting changes, and some annoying ommisions. Overall, 3.0 is good and worth it if it is an initial purchase. As for an upgrade, I might wait a bit longer until some of the bugs are removed, or you may be frustrated. I suspect that things will be fixed up in short order, but frankly, I am surprised to see it released this soon considering there are still some minor issues that need work and polishing.

I wasn't quite clear on that. Is it that it can be installed on 2 computers but only run on 1, switching the license every time?

Thanks for the heads up Doc. Almost pulled the trigger. I'll wait till after the first of the year and seek opinions then.

Nope, I'm running it on my laptop and my desktop. I just wish there was a way to DL to one and have it show in both.
