seriously. I have been riding 140 watt rides in the cold for 1 hour every day for the last week straight

tomorrow and sunday I am going to bury myself so I don't want to ride a bike until after Xmas... that is the plan at least. Mt Lemmon in Tucson on Saturday (twice...?) at tempo pace, then some LT intervals at south mountain in phoenix, followed by the "Tortilla Flats" road race in the afternoon?

cant believe nobody from 33 is from arizona?

I have great intentions of moving to florida until say... March, also... and coming back stronger than ever. and probably burning out by July.
