coach has me picking up right where i left off.. ok?

basically doing the same workouts that i was doing, at the same intensity, before i took a month off. is that ok? its only my second year training.

Try it and see; if it's too much: tell your coach.

And think about why you're second guessing your coach's advise, and especially comparing it to replies at BF.

Repeated. We have no idea if you were in the middle of base, build, or on the verge of peaking for some winter time extravaganza when you got hit by a car and had to stop for a month. A bit more information would probably generate a few more thoughts and replies from the gallery.
