Florida Points Series scores 25 deep.
Note to self: Do not sit up 200 meters form the line and let 7-8 guys pass you , and finish 26th.
Yesterday, I blew up spectactulary in the finishing stretch, and it seemed like the whole race passed me in the last 300 meters.
Turns out I finished 26th, and with a modicum of effort, I could have slavaged a few points. Live and learn.

I'm pretty confident that I won a big road race last year b/c most of the field didn't know the layout of the finish (if they did, they wouldn't have let our little 3-man move go so easily so close to the finish).
Always know the course and the rules and the points before you start.
