oh come on now, i know how to blow my nose! im not an idiot.
i expect my respiratory system to go a bit haywire when riding, but i need to reduce the amount oh gunk in my system. sometimes i find it pretty hard to breath. ive already used inhalers and adjusted my diet by removing dairy and alot of wheat.

I have the same issue and a nasal spray from my doctor for this condition helped a lot.

Increased wind in the face makes your eyes clear themselves more actively. Then this happens:
