Sirius Xm has a Beach Boy channel to which I have started to listen. What a great time for Rock and Roll and to be in high school in the Midwest into cars, girls, sports and music.

I did not have a T-Bird but a 64 Mustang.

And there was the 409. Muscle cars were in vogue and The Beach Boys loved to sing about cars.

And this one…not by Beach Boys

Fun track, didn't expect them to get into that hard reggae vibe so quick. They have a more punk rock look.

Also nice to see you hammy56. You riding much?

I've had the 2nd movement of Borodin's String Quarter No 2 stuck in my head lately/ So lovely. Not sure if anyone has seen the (Disney/Pixar????) short to the classic tale of "The little match girl". It's beautiful and depressing, and this is the perfect track.

Thanks. I was off the bike for a few years, but back at it since last Fall. Riding quite a bit and enjoying it.

Cheers.

I have this on Qbuz. Cat just writhes on the carpet to it. Of course, I'm play through systems older than I am. The cat can tell better playback.
Guess I'm wrong. She heard via screen speakers and just ran in. I have to 2nd think cat brain.

Been listening to Robert Glasper a lot, one of my fav modern jazz pianists. Specifically, the "Canvas" album.

I like this one when I'm in an "up" mood:

And this one when I'm in a "down" mood:
