PSIMET Racing Expansion

There is a core member of PSIMET Racing who just relocated to Boulder Colorado. He will be seeking out new members for the remainder of the season. Next season I will pay to register the team. Same great setup - just in the high altitude.

If you're interested or know someone who may be then post up here. Our man will follow up.

Hey everyone, i am said core member of PSIMET addicted to roads that go straight up.

I would like to take the time to welcome anyone with any questions about PSIMET Racing to PM myself and post up on this thread.

My near-term plans are to build a core group of strong riders (Cat 3-4 ACA, Cat 3-4-5 USAC) who are committed to racing throughout the season and are looking to grow as riders in a team setting.
Once we get a few members together, we will develop twice weekly group rides around the area where tactics, group riding, and strategy can be discussed and practiced. i really look forward to this project.

BTW, i will be racing the Sunshine Hillclimb this weekend...if you see me say hi

Yeah, Boulder racing finds great courses, then extracts the maximum dough for minimum work.

Sunshine is one of my all time fave courses. Taking a few psi out of your tires to get better grip in the dirt is usually a big help.

Move to CO...I moved here from ATL in 91 and you couldn't pay me enough money to move back and I like Atlanta just not nearly as much as CO.

CO beats GA like a rented mule.....

Indeed.

I love it. Been building all day otherwise I would have marketed this a bit more.

i'm racing sunshine and DT in SM4 this weekend.

good luck all. should be a great weekend for bike racing. wish the 4s didnt go off so late at DT, cuz it means i'm gonna have to miss the first day of Ze's oval track series sunday afternoon, which is a freakin blast. (though my winning days are over, since i have to race licensed instead of citizens now)

I'm booked this year, but I'm game to hop on the train next year. I can do what I can to make group rides too (if any are done further south)....

(besides, I don't qualify as "strong" at this point any way )

I'm not racing again till Mt Evans, maybe see ya there?

badhat, see you at Sunshine. are you looking to join the team? we should talk Saturday.

Dex, yea ill more than likely do mt. evans just to day i did it. dont worry about your strength per se. i am severely below my normal range after moving here (how long does it take to get use to the thin air???)..to be honest i haven't felt "strong" ever since i moved here. my climbing times are decent, but it sure doesn't feel that way.

sunshine will certainly be a gauge of where i stand in the Colorado cat 4 hierarchy
