Ha ha, well I set a new worst power ever for sattley and a solid 50w off what I had hoped for. Jesse Moore of Cal Giant absolutely destroyed the 40k course in 48:50

My race was a personal lesson in what NOT to do before a TT. I ended up with 3.5 hours of sleep, no warmup, and 63 seconds late to the start line. It was still a PR but perhaps a little short of what I was hoping for. Nevertheless it was still a good 2.5 minutes slower than jrennie even once you subtract the 'not on course' time.
