The restlessness and rancor in here is obviously saying one thing: Bring on the mountains.

From what I can see Renshaw has the best grasp of where to go in a sprint of anyone in the peloton. 2 days in a row he's set cav up perfectly out of nowhere.

"Pardon the Interruption" (ESPN) had the fight on and they graded it in the "A's" Saying that after riding a bike for over 4hrs and having the energy to still fight afterward was pretty amazing.

Even on Sports Center this morning as a highlight. What a way to make bike racing an American sport - add fisticuffs!!!

Kloden falling off the back surprised me. Think that was legit, or just him saving some effort for tomorrow?

Chavanel - a lot of matches burned up today. Smart? Time will tell.

Is it better to win a stage and wear yellow for a while or to conserve energy and maybe get a top 20 finish? I'd vote for the former.

that is Chavanel's forte.

I think he is also shopping himself to new teams for next season

One day in yellow>stage win.

Predictions for tomorrow? Of the contenders I see a group containing Contador, Evans, Schleck and Basso then a time gap of 30+ to Wiggins, Armstrong, Rogers. Kreuziger starts to consolidate his bid for the White Jersey.

Look at all these words Botto is using!

Are you sure you have enough left for the rest of the year?

i dont see armstrong losing time this yet. he has shown that he can match or even go a little better then contador right now. only reason he lost time was due to the flat. if he does start to show weakness it will be later. my thoughts on it.

Did he really have a flat? I know a few guys who get flats like that when they get dropped.

Also prevents KOM rivals from gaining on Pineau. I predict Pineau to go out on the attack again if he has anything left in his legs. He won't expect to stay away until the end, but just try to sweep up as many points as possible. If Gesink's arm is better, perhaps he will attack too, and go for the stage win.

I expect to see an elite group finishing relatively close together containing Contador, Armstrong, Schleck, Evans, Basso, Wiggins, Rogers, and a few others. I think they'll test each other, getting rid of everyone's helpers, but I'm not sure it'll shatter appart completely.
