And ABC to do a nightline story on it. Interesting, in the pic on the CN site his jersey shoulders say All for One and One for All, what a joke.

The crowd hissed when he was introduced at Nevada City earlier this summer. I enjoyed that.

With that plain t-shirt, ya gotta wonder if he's gotten any cease-and-desist orders from sponsors and clothing vendors telling him not to wear their kit...

Bottom line ofthe news story linked above is this, ""Part of the deal was ABC News coming to do a Nightline program because they wanted to do a story on Floyd," Kenlan said. "I don't think they will be here all week but I'm not sure. I got a call from ABC News today and they were really vague on what the angle of their story was going to be, but you can only guess."
Sounds like the race promoter wanted the publicity and was willing to risk whatever spin Nightline put on it.

i'm glad he's racing there. so long as his license is good, he should be able to line up just like any other P12.

i gues i'm in the minority, but i still applaud him (now, not before may of this year) for his revisionist statements. in my opinion, it's the only way the sport of cycling will ever be out of the pharmaceutical division of sports. all the testing in the world will only go so far, it comes down to the riders deciding that doping isnt a requirement to compete, and self policing those who do out of the peloton.

kind of like the 33, we dont need no mods to keep us in line, we do it ourselves.

I agree with you, he should be able to line up and race if his license is good, but I wish he would just go away.

There was something in the Bee this morning about race official making him wear a plain t-shirt rather than a jersey with logos. I assume OBRA has a rule similar to USAC about not being able to wear logos of a team you're not a member of?
