I agree with the pinch test.
I don't look at the scale as often I look at my vascularity in my legs, forearms, biceps, calves and ass to see if I am getting fat

yeah my head plays tricks on me.... i'm naturally pretty vascular.... I've had veins popping at probably 20% bf... my bodybuilding buddies used to be mad...lol

only way I feel like I'm leaning out is when my pants are getting too big or I'm putting new holes in the old belt.

my legs are certainly more vascular lately though.... just need to get legs that look like they're gonna lay the smack down now....lol

Just got a pair of 31x32 straight leg jeans from uniqlo. They fit a bit tight right now with my waist at 31, but not so tight i look like a wannabe hipsters. Anyways, this basically mean i now have a pair of "skinny jeans," which i long thought was a term only the fairer sex uses. This also means that i better watch myself or else they'll no longer fit...

they fit well on my fat 31" ass (actually waist) , and i think when i go down to 30-30.5" they'll be great. If you want them, you better start sending me chewy peanut butter cookies

btw, did you get a chance to check them out while visiting your son? I apparently got very lucky: they just had a new batch coming in, and there were only 2 pairs left

Back from vacation in St-Martin and after a week of doing pretty much nothing (I went running twice, sorta) I'm back to 176 but with a new revitalized vigor to get to 165. It'll happen...
Now if only I was not s depressed getting back to 9" more snow than when I left and more falling now.

Man I bought some jeans this winter in 31/30 and now I can't seem to keep them up. Time to put a new hole in my belt. Was 157 last I checked a few weeks ago. Have to be at most 155 now, probably less.

Minado, in Natick. It's absolutely amazing. It's not just sushi either, they've got everything and it's fresh.

My scale must be broken. I have been avoiding it for weeks. The last time I got on it it said that I was a lot heavier than I thought that I was. Today it is the opposite and actually close to where I want to be a month from now. F, it. I'm not getting on it again for at least two weeks or maybe more.

i dunno i may have to change my goal to 170...i just cant seem to make the stretch to 165. here is a pic at 170.5 taken this weekend. Wife seems to think there is not 5 more lbs to lose sorry if anyone is eating breakfast

:edit: ok so im feeling all shy now - my bad about the pics didnt mean to offend

scale (withings) tells me im at 10% BF, going to order calipers today. Is it reasonable to think i can get to 8? Dig deep? Eat a (box of) brownie(s)? 5 more freaking lbs come awn!
