First Aid Kit

RacerEx posted a first aid kit writeup somewhere, I think it was here. Can't find it. Anyone have it? It was good enough, it ought to be a sticky here. I may have my forums confused where I saw it, but I thought it was here.

We've had need for it already, must put one together - help me find it. It's eluding the BF and google site searches.

Dang, I missed that doc. I could have used that back in December. I'm putting two together today; one for me and one for my wife. Thx!

in last Sturdays crit, a kid ate it hard coming to the line on the last lap. By the time we came around on the cool-down, they had him wrapped up like a mummy.

You don't want to know what that last little incident cost me. Let's just say - you know those deep profile carbon wheels I've always wanted? I could'a bought two sets, and not the cheapy made-in-Taiwan versions either.

Signing up for a sewing class so I can learn to do stitches.

We're on a high-deductible insurance plan... PrimaCare has a discount card that I signed up for, it's pretty good.
