I grew up in Marengo, IL and my mom worked in Woodstock. Sounds like the race started right after I left for Iowa.

Chocolate milk is good. During base, sleep should cover most needs outside of a healthy diet.

+1

And on the really long rides take a cold baked potato as your "fuel".

Stupid cars.

Volvo had a slow leak in the right rear, so I took it to Pep Boys to fix before I sell it. They ended up making it worse, because it was leaking at the really bent wheel, and they just made it worse by messing with it. It now leaks like crazy. They got me home, but only barely. Had to put the spare on. So the Mazda has the dead battery, so while I'm jumping the Mazda with the Volvo, I end up putting on the spare.

Mazda started, but I tested the draw and it's drawing 3-4 amps without anything turned on at all. I left the ground disconnected, so I'll see tomorrow afternoon if it's actually the battery or something on the car. Gotta take the Volvo to work though.

So on Friday (my day "off"), I get to take the Volvo to the junkyard to get a new wheel, then take it to Pep Boys to get my tire mounted, and then take the Mazda to Mazda (if I can get it there, if not, call AAA), and get the battery fixed up. Fun stuff. Maybe tomorrow after the home inspection I'll get to go for a ride.

Is anyone else as excited as I am about the new Muppet Movie? I can't WAIT to take my kids. It's a crime that kids today don't get to grow up watching the Muppet Show.

It's an aquired taste. A little dab here & there can add some flavor to things.
I have some Vegex in the cabinet that is similar.

I am. My dad too. I've been trying to stoke the kids' interest through YouTube.

Comparing the two is a bit like comparing the redeeming social qualities of Jim Jones and Pol Pot. I'm sure there are some positives there if you really dig:

1) Both are slightly less repugnant than resorting to cannibalism in times of famine.
2) You can leave it out and your dog won't touch it*
3) Both have spawned a veritable cornucopia of colorful coprophiliac urban slang in their respective countries...vegamite highway, marmite finger, Etc.

*However should you fall into a coma in a locked house or apartment with a pet, it's likely you'd be killed and eaten before either of the products in question.

And I'm back on coffee. Yum yum yum.
