Sailed this morning, poorly. 4 races, I helmed the first two, crewed the second two. Got great starts in my first two but somehow just got destroyed on the windward leg. Third race was a W, got into the good wind, fourth was mid packish.

Time to watch some soccer, then go for a ride later.

He's not the Vino of old. I wonder why ?

& the analysis of the Super Besse is a bit off given the change of route.

So many great football matches ruined by poor officiating. This game hasn't been ruined by it, but not for a lack of trying.

sorry, the sarcasm didn't show through.

it's just that i had always pegged Vino as one of the dirtiest out there, on par with Rebellin. Though i do admire Vino's balls to the wall, reckless attacks though

I just poured myself a wee bit of Ardbeg - single malt that my wonderful wife bought for me for my 57th. I prefer the single malt from the adjoining property (Laphroaig), but it is pretty awesome.

I like Cadel...just because hes a kook. Hes got personality and his interviews make me laugh.

but really as far as the tour goes, my motto is 'anyone but vino'.

back from a ride. 95 minutes in very hot. Whew. The stomach/side pain started about halfway through.

Time to watch Le Tour.

Just saw this on the coverage from this morning. He's super lucky he didn't hit his head a second time after he got back up. That can get bad quickly.

I'm a ****ing idiot. I'm watching the recording of the Tour from this morning, and I decided I wanted to see how a few people were sitting in the GC. I know, I'll go to velonews. Idiot. Now I know who won (or at least I saw the jersey) and who is in yellow. Idiot.

Stayed out too late last night. Woke up 4hrs after going to bed to take my daughter to work. Stayed up and rode 3hrs.

(our wives and girlfriends)

Big mistake. My stomach started cramping 30 miles from home.

Looking to do 90 miles or so tomorrow.

Need to race sometime soon. I really miss racing, y'all.

I was a bit surprised myself. But cock isn't actually one of the words, ********** is though.

Along with ****, piss, ****, mother****er, ****, and tits. Which I'm guessing are banned except for two.

Had a fun ride today but one of the dames showed up on her new BMC with Super Record 11 and it was noisey and shifting wasn't great. I tried to tweak it and got it quiet but then it wouldn't go into the small cog. She said it was a lot better but she'll probably want me to try and adjust it tomorrow.
I've never messed with that group before, any help would be great. Will it adjust like Shimano? Seems touchy.
