If you are Jewish it will end at sundown today.

But I'm guessing that you are responding as a State of Florida employee. In that case it ends when Gov. Scott says that it ends by Imperial decree.

kaizen today at work
all members of mfg and QC are required to help re-organize the walk-in -20 Celcius inventory location...

Sounds bad, but it's better than following another mundane formulation. Plus it means I get 5 min of warm-up internet time for every 6 or 7 minutes spent freezing my ass off.

Still unemployed, missed out on the job I interviewed for. The person who got the job exactly fit the description (professionally) I gave to my wife as a prediction before the interview. It is good because the hours would have been hell, it's bad because the pay would have made my wife's salary fun money.

Someday something will work out for me...right?!??!

Of course it will work out for you.

It's just a matter of when.

We had a lunch meeting and they fed us Subway sandwiches but we had to listen to the dufus rant and rave for most of the hour.

I had a horribly boring 90 minute meeting yesterday. But it came with make your own tacos, plus cookies. Totally worth it.

I know it is just frustrating. I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason as my career path, cycling path and marriage have proven. On a positive note I saw my ex-boss at the store and he immediately looked away before I could say hi and had his family walk to the next aisle over to get to their car, which was in my aisle. Keep in mind that he was like this when I was asked to resign and the head of HR told me she had never seen a more amicable resignation and positive attitude by the person leaving. My wife put it best when she said he is acting like a person who feels guilty. (of course based on the things he did to me and my work he should! lol)

The easiest way is to use a crapload of freehub spacers and one cog. If you want to be creative you could use a crapload of 12T cogs and one larger one. Etc etc. Tensioner optional, could use different cog size to make the chain snug if necessary.

I have no idea why you'd want to do this though. You could just as easily just ride around the bike as is. I'll help you ruin your bike though.

I enjoyed riding in the rain on the way back home from work, though it's the clean up that's always tedious.

Tomorrow is my6 year anniversary. So, naturally I'm racing, and asked my wife to come to the race and take pictures all day to help the local race promoter. Luckily, she rides, loves me racing, and loves photography. Bonus.
