COE Factor
I suffer from the Curse of Expectations (henceforth noted as COE in future BF postings): My time in Sunday's TT was a PB for a 40k, and I walked away thinking how much faster I could have gone. This year's been pretty much a write off for any real form/training, going to try to right that ship for the Fall.
Anyway...
I'm proposing that all race report results shall include a COE factor rated from 1-5, sort of like the Beaufort Scale:
0= Exactly as I had planned
1= Still successful, but could have improved on some things.
2= Some people might be happy with this, but I'm not. Meh.
3= If this is the best I can do, it's going to be a really long season
4= The only way this could have gone worse is if I crashed or abandoned
5= I crashed or abandoned

Ex's 4 is generally my goal. Actively working on changing that though. Too many riding buddies upgrading. grrrr.
