Hincapie is the best I've ever had.

My team chose Canari this year. I'll report on it in a month or so when we get them and I've ridden in them for a bit.

We had Primal last year and I liked their quality. Some team members had issues with their zippers. I didn't have that problem.

This year we went with Hincapie. Based on the samples I tried on I would pick them over Primal.

I'll put in a no for Champ Sys. Its cheap, but the chamois that was with my order sucked. Well to be fair was doable, but I usually avoided the shorts unless it was race day or a short session - no long rides in them. I'd rather fork out an extra 100.00 or so for my order and like my shorts.

castelli does custom. my team is using them this year. we just put in our order so i can't comment on quality and whether their custom stuff is as good as their retail, but they've been really good to work with through the design and ordering process. they actually gave us a pretty good price, too, once we told them what their competitors were quoting.

Podium Apparel. They're new to the game, but the principles will bend over backwards to make sure you're happy.

Champion...some good, some horrible. Capo...top notch. LG...only have ridden the jerseys but nice. Voler...all mediocre. Giodorna, uniformly nice. Bergamo...like the chamois...good stuff. Squadra seems to have stepped things up a notch.

They're part of Castelli, right? I wonder if they're selling that speed suit thing to teams or if it's just for Garmin?

That's what we have. I think it's pretty good and the price is right. What do I know, though, I've never owned a pair of Assos or any of the fancy-shmancy stuff.

My team is going ChampSys for next season. Meh. Been there.

The stuff we got last season was first rate (BioRacer), but the season was 50% over before we got our kits. I really liked the bibs. We would have repeated except for the long delays.

They tell me that there is an upgrade to a better chamois for ChampSys. Is that just a change in the grit number of the sandpaper used?

Not sure about the Casetelli link, but I tried on a speed suit and have one on order.

Our team is going with Verge for 2012. They're my favorite company; they sell good product but they also get involved. Currently they sponsor the Bethel Spring Series (provide leader's jerseys, and, at a less obvious level, shorts and shoe covers) For a few years the VP and some others showed up at Bethel, worked hard for 3-4-5 hours, then left. Due to their schedule they couldn't race the Bethel Sundays but they could show up Saturdays to help sweep. They didn't ask for anything. For me that's incredible.

We had Hincapie for 2011. It seemed fine, I was good with it, but our designer didn't like the required logo placements (apparently we broke the rules inadvertently but they let it slide). I have 3 shorts, 3 jerseys, skinsuit. Another group (I seemed to end up with a few jerseys from them) uses Hincapie too.

VOMax, after 2 years, my kits are all dead. I think I have 5 shorts, 5 jerseys, a LS jersey. LS jersey is in fine shape, rest of them relegated to base layers or trainer.

Love Capo (team order custom)
LG, not as good as Capo, but, absolutely fine (again, this was team custom line, not the top level, 2nd from top I think)
Both Capo and LG have held up well.
