You're just in time, the biggest Seattle crit of the year is tomorrow! https://theballardcrit.blogspot.com/
Here's the WSBA's race calendar, it's got everything local on it: https://wsbaracing.com/schedule/2012#june
My shortlist of must-do races in WA:
* Indy Valley RR
* Tour of Walla Walla stage race
* Volunteer Park Crit (Seattle)
* Northshore RR (Bellingham)
* Enumclaw stage race
* BALLARD CRIT (Seattle)
* Wenatchee omnium
* Capital Stage Race (Olympia)
* Brad Lewis Crit (Seattle)
* Joe Matava July 4th Crit (~Seattle)
* the late-season circuit races are fun too
Besides those USAC races, the Seward Thursday-night races are great and right in the city: https://www.northwestvelo.com/

I suppose it depends if you like crits or road races, climbing or not, etc.
For crits: Ballard, Volunteer Park
Road races: Indy Valley, Walla Walla (fun crit too), Enumclaw.
Just about all of the stage races here have some sort of climb or another. Most of the other circuit/road races have an incline or two, but the stage races have longer climbs (2-8k long).

I'm planning on the Climb4Cancer in July... the 21st or something. 2.2 miles of 8.6%.
I'm kinda nuts, though... doing it on my bent.
The Ride 542
norka.us
missed last year cuz of a family emergency.
Planning on it this year as the 'main event'
I enjoyed the Northshore Hill Climb TT, too.

Good list there so far...since you like the hills/technical definitely look at Independence Valley RR..
Also you might consider that Capital Stage Race. One of the stages is the IVRR course backwards, and depending on your Cat, also includes the Vance Creek RR course in the stage. One of the best, most fun crit courses too, from a rider's perspective. It's also technical and uses the State Capital for the backdrop...like a video game!

Still, it is a very engaging race with a larger tactical question than many of the other races on the calendar.
