I'll say a few kind words to comfort your family at the service. Assuming someone will show up.

10 turns in 0.7 mi. fun fun. I need a state champs jersey for my wall. Really bring the room together. |

As many of you know I am a food junkie. We often talk about on bike nutrition and I have said that I will often take sandwiches. Here is a pic from my work area this morning:

Is it a good idea to ride 16 miles to the start of a 6:30am training group ride twice a week and 16 miles back, with 700ft climbing in the morning and 1000ft on the return ride?

i mean you asked a pretty dumb question. Ask smart things and i'll answer with smart things. But really, just ride your bike. Is the group ride hard? Maybe ride easier to the ride. Is it easyish? Ride moderate to and from? Do you want to get better? do intervals at the end of the ride on your way home.
Guess you aren't the bully you want to be... Botto??? |
i try to be mean, then i feel bad. I need to go back to bully 101, this silly private school has made me too nice :P
edit: I would definitely ride to and from the ride. I don't like driving to bike related activities. I would also probably just do z2 on the way there and back (it's only like a 45 minute commute to and from) |
