Thanks guys. I don't have a pm but I plan to buy one as a reward if I race well this year.

The idea of university testing was to get some general numbers and mostly just curiosity.
I got a couple responses and I'm going in for some v02 testing soon. I'm excited but I know I can't do a lot with the result.

Two hours of random stuff.

Did some 3' intervals that were only barely above 5 w/kg, I've got work to do..

Off day today. Not sure what these are. Not sure how to spend the time. Guess I will just sit at home unproductive.

I ride everyday. 100% is structured via what my coach tells me to do.

motorin' around for 3 hrs b4 work this morning. feelin' strong and fast. vroom vroom vroom

tmmrw off, ez 2 hrs on sat and then my first race of the year on Sunday! Crit in Costa Mesa, CA (where I lived till age 5!). It's a brand new race on the calendar and its about a 30 min drive from where my parents live in N. County SD. I'm planning on starting near the back and spending half the race just feeling out the field and the new course. I'll also practice moving up slowly using as little effort as possible, just to get my race skills back. If im not near the front 3/4 the way through ill put in a dig to get there and then contest the finish if ppls aren't riding too sketchy.

Weather sucks. I will need to change tires before the end of march if I am stuck to rollers like this.

In review the last two weeks training consisted of processing a head->chest cold, stinking up Snelling then doing desk intervals(TM) for the last four days. I might get to see if I can remember how to ride tomorrow.

Still around, still kicking. A lot more trainer than I'd like this winter (13-15hrs/wk... lots Jason Statham movies). New coach actually knows his ****. Feel strong, but I say that every damn spring. Will see how the training races go.

I'm down in Beacon nowadays. Might I see you at Bethel? I'll be hitting the 3/4 and 1/2/3 until Johnny Cakes start I think.
