Hi. You're new here so you probably missed the fact that there's a dedicated Race-Video-Thread! for this stuff. New threads for every race tend to clutter things up. Might be worth asking the mods to move this there?

1) Why are you on the hoods the entire race?
2) you hit the brakes too much.
3) you leave too much space between you and the wheel ahead making you have to work harder.
It looked like you had the fitness to finish up front, but lacked the cajones to mix it up when things got heated.

I could tear that video apart minute by minute, but I wonder if it would be worth the effort.
To add to what Merlin said:
4) You shift too much. Try and anticipate the needed gearing. You waste time and energy shifting for the sake of being in the perfect cadence.
5) You nearly took someone out in a corner twice. I think it has to do with your lack of aggressiveness. Choose your line, and ride it. If you're flopping around like a kivver in a corner, they will eat you alive out of self-preservation. Practice maintaining momentum in the corners with others around you. Group rides and practice criteriums are good for this.
6) Why didn't you take a pull? Sitting 2nd wheel when you're not contributing to the chase is just getting in the way. If you want to stay up front and not do any work, stay off the pointy end.
7) Why didn't you follow the attacks? I saw two golden opportunities. Maybe it's related to #6.
Keep working on improving your skills.
