Why not? I'm wrapping up my MS and am going to race collegiate this year. Probably 15+ years older than most on the team. Should be fun.

I think the only requirement is that you are a "registered student" at the school you're racing with.

Definitely. One of my teammates last year (on my USAC team) started grad school at UF so he raced collegiate with us as well. I'm not sure about elsewhere in the country but in the south east they don't pay much attention to the full time student requirements until you are winning conference omnium or want to go to nationals.
