So what kind of racing are we talking there? Is it Pro only, or has some CAT1/2 equivalent, or is it kind of free for all?

It's called Elite. There are three Continental teams here (and another from Hong Kong) and then the rest are called "Elite" which would sort of be 1/2.

For the bigger races National Team riders might show up from Korea or Japan or one of the factories here might bring over a rider from Europe or two and form a composite team.

There are a couple of quick still photos of lower cats, though (I had to watch it again to see them).
