Not that you shouldn't look into it, but first of all, it could be seal drag, which isn't that big a deal. Second of all, keep in mind that how long a bearing spins without a load might not necessarily tell you very much about how much drag that bearing has when it is under load. Which it is, when in use.

If you take all the bearings out it will probably spin really well with no load.

Yeah, no load spin time is mostly influenced by seal drag, so you can't conclude anything about performance under load from it.

You're aero enough. It would be the equivalent of a PED for you.

Your grad school gonna come with a fellowship or is it self funded? If you have to fund it yourself, that should be argument enough.

Not necessarily, but to give you an example, our first class was on a Tuesday. We were assigned to read the first 10 chapters of our 19-chapter text book by the second class on Thursday. I think I made it through nine. He then gave us a quiz on the reading that Thursday. He was asking questions out of chapter 17. That seems unreasonable to me.

Still, I took two classes with this particular professor because he was a great teacher, which is why I still remember almost everything about his classes.

TT helmet...
If you are smaller use the KASK.
If you are taller use the Specialized or POC.
Or use short tail if smaller, not if taller.

Glasses can get fogged.
Bambino is hotter. They are not all that hot however.
You can use them in crits to mess with people.

Buying a regular road aero helmet I don't know too much about that. Kids have them, but seem like a modern helmet.

Damn ... why does it seem impossible for people in office settings to microwave popcorn without burning it? I don't want to smell that for the next twenty minutes.

Ugg that smell is the worst. We had an employee who ate a lot of it until she was about to get lynched.

I propose scaring them with microwave popcorn related lung disease (bronchiolitis obliterans).

Having crap luck with cars recently. Forgot the lights on with my sisters car for 4 hrs when I was home and the battery is toast. Tried to jump with my housemates car but no mas.

I'll give it a go again tomorrow afternoon when I can see.

Make sure you get a good connection with the cables.
Amazing that only the last few years do headlights go off when the key is out.

I have one coworker who frequently does popcorn. Fortunately, the coworkers who used to microwave eggs, fish and shrimp have all left. (Yes, one woman would bring in raw shrimp, clean it in the break room sink, then microwave it.)

After you hook up the cables, run the engine at a fast idle (1500-2000) to charge the dead battery for a few (maybe 5) minutes. Careful, the cables might get hot.

And make sure you connect in the right order. They can still blow up, although it's rare.

My wife and I drive essentially the same car. Both 2010, mine is Speed3, hers is cx7, but same engine basically, number of same parts. Her lights go off after a few minutes. Mine stay on forever.

If you're able to, turn on Le Samyn. There's 60k to go, it's rainy and windy, and everything is entirely blown apart.
