Selling racing kits
Our club has a small inventory of last year's racing kits. Where is the best place to sell these? Brand new Santini bibs and jerseys with sponsor logos. eBay? Forum classifieds?

Give them to the more involved team members. They can use them on the trainer, as base layers, etc.
Frame some and send them to (former) sponsors.

These are great ideas. I'm not sure having sponsors listed on kits, worn by non-team members, is a good idea. What happens when Joe Blow off the street, wearing your kit, acts like an idiot while riding; cutting off/flipping off (or whatever). Makes for a bad representation of your team. Just something to think about.

We usually sell ours at a deep discount to team members at the end of (road) season meeting. Some of it probably ends up with friends and family, but that's okay.

Arguing about team kit being worn by non team members is a tempest in a teacup.

craigslist is good site for sale thinks local. I wish i can buy the racing kits. I not race but i like to go fast. For now I have one aluminum road bike cannondale R300. is around 25 pounds. the other bike is steel bianchi strada lx is around 27 pounds. the bianchi i buy with 52/40 biopace crank and 6 speeds freewheel 14-28. That setup is be okay for long rides 100 miles and i keep good cadence? I know the 14-28 is wide and have missing the 12 and 13 cog. For now i use the bianchi but i put the 53/39 crank from the cannondale. is fit okay. Also on the bianchi i use the wheels from the cannondale is 9 speeds cassete 12-25. is fit okay. How i found out which crank size and cassete size i need for fast rides.
