It's too bad when people don't take car of their bikes. There are many people out there who would love to have them and would care for them properly.
I'd love to see something like this. Abandoned cars get quickly picked up and auctioned off... wish there were the same for bikes that have been sitting for months in locations which are slowly eroding.
