Is this a decent bike? I can't find any information on Schwinn *edit* High Plains from the 1990s. The guy selling it wants 50 bucks, and he says he's replaced some parts like new cables and the like. Is this bike from the 90's like he said? Is it a decent bike? I really know nothing about these, other than that it looks about the right size for me - I'm a leggy 6', and I'll be using it in the city and on bike paths most likely.
