You have to have goals
OK, yesterday I got on the scale, and was not surprised. I was at a whopping 375lbs. Now that is with shoes, and clothing on, but never the less, it read 375.
So here are some goals that I have set.
1: I am going to loose 75lbs before this time next year (Very Doable)
2: This winter I am going to be on the bike at least 3 times per week for at least 1 hour per ride.
3: I am going to ride the Stavich trail once per month until I can do it without feeling like I am dead an hour after the ride (Doable)
4: I am going to finally ride the approximately 75 mile Loveland bike trail somewhere in August of 2007
5: If I don’t die completing No. 4 I would like to make the return trip the next day.
These are my goals for next year.
