Consider finding a used bike shop bike on craigslist if you live in an area that has a craigslist. X-mart bikes just don't have the same quality as a bike shop (LBS) bike. I know it sounds strange. But a used LBS bike in good, but used condition is probably a better buy and safer. Please consider if the used bike is in good shape, you can ride it for about a year, then sell it for almost what you paid for it when you upgrade.
