The graph is only long time loading (fatigue?), not total loading (up to 4000 N, just shy of 900 lbs.). Working enough with the Germans, I'd be suspicious even if the testing was done in an "independent German” lab.
Anyway, we don’t know anything about how the test was conducted, how much seat post was exposed, ect. So ultimately, we don't know what the test really shows.
