How imporatnt is the LBS with whom one does business?
There is one (1) Raleigh delaer in my metro area. I love the One-Way, but I do. not. like. that. shop. They cater to racers and wealthy weekend hobbyists. Let's just say, rather, that they understand the needs of that demographic much thinner, wealthier, and faster than I am. They are civil but aloof. I have three other local shops that I might be fine doing business with.
So do I compromise on the bike or the shop? I'm thinking many bikes are comparable, but shops are not. Opinions?
