Welcome back.
The Modolo brakes show up on ebay all the time. I would suggest that you
go with Equipe or above (Professional and Master Professional) the lower end
ones weren't that good. Modolo Speedy were ok, but not up to the standards
of the other components you already have.
Sounds like an interesting build. what kind of Frame are you getting? Any pictures
(from craigslist, ebay etc.) ?
