I have a good recipe for you. However, it is dependent on good tofu. The tofu cannot be silken. It must be very firm otherwise the texture is no good.

BBQ Sandwich
1 Sweet Potato
1lb Good Tofu (Twin Oaks is the Best, goodluck finding it outside of VA)
BBQ Sauce (Check the ingredients)

Shred the sweet potato using a cheese grater. Place a couple table spoons of vegetable oil in a hot wok. Place the shreded sweet potato in the wok, and fry it up until the texture is to your liking. Crumble the tofu into the sweet potato while still frying it in the wok. Once everything is cooked to your liking throw in your BBQ sauce. However, much you want to put in. Cook for maybe a minute. Serve on a toasted bun. Yum!
