I just ordered a set of Fulcrum Racing 1's and some Chorus parts (RD, chain, brakeset). All were brand spankin' new and the components were in Campy boxes.
The thing that'll get you from 11speed is the shipping and import duties, but even if you figure those in it's not bad.
