You just need to do whats right for you. Thats not being lazy. And when spring rolls around, all those little aches and pains you have now will be gone. Reduce the amount of food you eat, be careful of what you do eat, and try to get some other form of exercise on a regular basis. People need some time away from things sometimes, otherwise it gets stale. Thats why we go on vacations.
