Yeah, I would agree with that. Here cycling is socially acceptable in the summer when lots of people do it, but no does in the winter. Also, I imagine if I were on a road bike in all spandex then people would see me differently (and lots more of me
). It is just that here in MI bicycling is never considered a means of transportation. It is ok to do it for exercise, but you must just not have a driver's license if you do it for transportation.
