did it once on my schwinn bmx riding to my friend's house when i was about 10. the sprocket went in to my calf, putting grease in the cut. nothing hurt worse in my life, not even when i broke my collar bone flipping over my handlebars when i was 19. when i shave my legs for racing season, you can still (barely) see the marks of the teeth of the sproket running up my leg.
