Total Cycling is the source I found that would cost $41. Have not seen this item on eBay but I did contact some eBay sources from UK and have not found one yet that carries this item. And....no, I don't want it bad enough to pay that kind of price!
BTW...I found other Euro sites that carried it but no english translation to the sites so I don't know what the situation would be with them.
