Onkey, the wheels are C-Record hubs laced with DT spokes to Campagnolo Omega rims that I got from 55/Rad. Thanks, I really like them as well.
As for the seat post. Mine was not in great shape either and was slightly pitted. I had to polish it with an cream aluminum polish to remove the pitting. The seat post does not have the satin like finish the rest of the C-Record group does, but you can't tell, and it looks better than it being all pitted.
If you need that satin finish, fire BF member Lectron a PM. He made a solution mixture that would place that satin like finish to polished aluminum when dipped into it. I forget the recipe....
