Greetings. I'm building up a Centurion Ironman for a single speed commuter and need some low profile 700x28 tires. I tried some Performance Forte GT2 700x28 but they rubbed the bottom of the rear brake caliper ever so slighty. I mean, I need 1 to extra 2 mm of clearance from the brake caliper.

Does anyone know of any 700x28 tires that have a low profile that may give me the extra clearance I need? I am hoping someone has experience with this so I avoid buying and mounting many different sets of tires until I find one that fits.

If there is a 700x25 tire that has a wider footprint/profile please let me know as that may be what I am stuck using if I can't find a smaller 700x28. By the way, I am looking for the biggest tire that will fit on the bike since I will be commuting on some not so great roads.
