Agreed with what people are saying - even Chipcom (careful, he may be serious).
I like the idea that you start where ever you are today. Don't worry about yesterday, not much you can do about it. Just get on the bike and enjoy. Ride a little. If you want, ride more, if not, put it away. What often works well for me to get back into it is ride a little LESS than I want, that means I will be back riding very soon.
