I had massive right shoulder/arm pain two weeks ago. Went to the doctor and prescribed mass quantities of Ibuprofen. Today, I went to the chiropractor for some preventative stretching routine. His opinion was that I have some neck degeneration and/or rotator cuff due to aging. So I was shown some stretches and strentgh training for that area. Also a special walk, which I don't quite have down yet and will attend a walking class till I get the strut. I'm 45, so if your about that age perhaps it's a similar thing.
