I know LeVel makes them. Who else?
I have the 135 Surly flipflop on my mtb. Awesome hub, and alot cheaper than other makes that start with P's. The chainline to the outer side of the crank was perfect.

The other option is the surly fixxer. I used it before on another mtb and it worked well. Chainline was abit off, bit can be fixed with a different sized b/b (it never occured to me to do this at the time )or switching from inner/outer side of the crank.

Edit. Another way to go is a 135mm disc hub and bolt on a Boone, Kogswell or home drilled cog. Works well from what I gather.
