wheelsets really vary in price... but anything with campy record (or especially c-record) hubs will cost you a pretty penny for sure. stem and bars should be vintage cinelli stuff which can go 200+ for the two items in good shape. cranks are in the same boat, for vintage campy stuff.. it's all pricey.
