Here's my new (used) 2007 Giant TCX. Got a sweet deal on it through EBay. Didn't come with pedals or a seat so i added some Crankbrothers Eggbeater SL pedals and a Forte Classic saddle. The chain was also pretty messed up (looked like it was coated with rust but it's just some really really really bad looking lubricant that didn't want to come off). It looks like the cranks could be new and the rest of the frame is in great shape. Seller said it only had about 500 miles on it.
The only thing i'll probably change later this year is to swap out the V-brakes to cantilevers. Oh yeah, gotta add some water bottle cages, find a way to fit a front fender, and add afew other things to make it commuter worthy (it's going to be my cyclocross/commuter bike).
