All 3Rensho frames are not Keirin certified- I believe the Cyclone and Track Racer aren't.
On a brighter note, the 3Rensho I bought is NJS stamped, and I didn't know this before I bought it. I am excited. Hooray.
Anyhow, building a FULL NJS bike isn't really worthwhile unless you are going to enter it in a show, race keirin, or want the coolness factor.
