Yes, it is possible to ride with only one brake as long as you ride a lot slower whenever the conditions are bad and have the small modicum of luck required to never pull the stop off the end of the cable. But why the **** would you? You can't even use any of the asinine rationalizations that people use to justify riding a brakeless fg.
