Don't think they are terribly worried about it. Cycles de Oro sells more high end bikes and Performance is more geared to the entry level biker. I will say that their clothing and component sales will probably suffer though. I think it'll hurt Paceline more.

Edit: Have you checked out REI's cycling stuff? Wow, they are proud of that stuff.... I can't affort their prices.
