If it doesn't say the model on the top tube it would be very hard to identify. Our resident expert is currently on hiatus (sp?)... You can get the approximate year by looking at the back of the cranks and derailleurs for 2 letter date codes, then use this site: http://www.vintage-trek.com/component_dates.htm to determine the year. That will get you in the ball park. The only thing I can tell you was that Miele was Toronto based and most of the frame were built elsewhere and I cna never remember by who.
